Review: Down Deep: A Station Seventeen Novel

Down Deep: A Station Seventeen Novel Down Deep: A Station Seventeen Novel by Kimberly Kincaid
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Down Deep by Kimberly Kincaid is the 4th book in the Station 19 series. Gamble and Kennedy go well together. They are both extremely stubborn and have a knack for loyalty. They may disagree about the way they each show the loyalty but they see each others side and compromise just as a couple should. This book is filled with plenty of action and I can't wait to see what else Kincaid has in store for us throughout the rest of this series.

Review: My Royal Sin

My Royal Sin My Royal Sin by Jessa Rose
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

My Royal Sin is the Second book in Arrogant Heirs series by Riley Pine. We get to visit the Old city of Edenvale.. I am still unsure of exactly how I feel about this book I enjoyed it but it lacked something. Benedict and Ruby (Evangeline) have chemistry but the lust drags out so long. It took me a while but I did finally get interested in the story line.

Review: Deadly Games

Deadly Games Deadly Games by Karen Rock
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Deadly Games is the second book in the Dallas after Dark Series by Karen Rock. I am loving these agents dirty sides we get to visit at the Dallas Heat Night Club. This book had some twist and turns but I figured out our bad guy early on. To me some of the earlier mentioned things about him just added up a little but to soon. This intense book takes us on a journey of finding a sadistic murder who tortures women because they went out partying with friends. Blondes' in particularly. Agent Bowden lets a stripper slash Private Investigator help her solve the mystery and lets just say you will not regret being in on these brainstorming sessions. They are extremely intense.

Review: Chased

Chased Chased by Lauren Dane
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have LOVED every single one of the Chase boys.. I have to admit so far Shane is my favorite. Marc gave him a run for his money. I loved exactly how patient he was with Liv. I don't think you will see it everyday that a man is willing to patiently wait in line to get what he wants. He knew that he wanted Olivia and he went after her like something fierce. These Chase boys sure no how to make it hard for other men out there let me just tell you. This one was great.

Review: Cease Fire

Cease Fire Cease Fire by Janie Crouch
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Cease Fire is the 3rd book in the Omega Sector Under Siege series by Janie Crouch. I loved Roman and Keira! They are absolutely wonderful. The fire they share and the amount they care about each other is amazing. I would personally like nothing more than to strangle Roman's mother in this book. She is just evil. I understand she was looking out for her son but she could have ruined the best thing to ever happen to him.

I love Keira's strong will and independence. She fought so hard to become the woman she is today.

Review: Major Crimes

Major Crimes Major Crimes by Janie Crouch
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Major Crimes is the 4th book in the Omega Sector under Siege series by Janie Crouch. These books never get old. I love hanging on the edge of my seat trying to find out who the mole is inside the Omega Sector unit. These hints are starting to drive me crazy.

Haley and Cain have some major chemistry and considering the past they have to overcome this book leads us with so many twit and turns. I loved trying to figure out who was after Haley but I have to admit I had ad idea on this one early on in the book.

I love the alpha male in Cain and how he is totally all about protecting his family.

Review: Dirty Billionaire

Dirty Billionaire Dirty Billionaire by Meghan March
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Dirty Billionaire is the first book in the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy by Meghan March. I first found March through the Real Dirty Duet. So this is where I met Holly and Creighton I knew I had to come back and read their story once I met them. Let me tell you Creighton is no disappointment. That man makes you want to try things you never imagined.

Creighton is that alpha male that can make you come undone. Just hearing the way he is so commanding is out of this world. What female would not want this hot ass billionaire chasing her to get in her pants. Lets just say you need to read this mans skills. wowza! doesn't even begin to describe him.

Review: Bad Judgment

Bad Judgment Bad Judgment by Meghan March
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Bad Judgement by Meghan March is a standalone Novel. I honestly have not found a book yet by March that I could put down. I just have to finish them once I start them. I have also came to realize that I need the entire series ready when I start a book because if I have to wait on one of them I am going to go crazy needing the next one. In this case I got lucky and it wasn't part of a series.

Once starting into this one I thought it was going to border a YA book. I knew better because it was Meghan March. Let me tell you this is no YA book! It is to die for. You know that college romance where she just wants to study but that guy won't let her. Well that's exactly what you get but with lots and lots of mind blowing sex! I absolutely loved this read! Ryker and Justine are absolutely AMAZING together!!!

Review: Take Me Back

Take Me Back Take Me Back by Meghan March
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Take me back by Meghan March is a standalone novel and let me tell you it is to die for. I was absolutely engrossed. I had to finish it. I started listening to this book as I was driving to GA for work. Two days I had someone else ride with me from the store to the hotel and it was absolutely killing me that I couldn't listen to it.

I was unsure how I was going to feel about this one as it constantly shifts into the past and present but Meghan was amazing at letting you know which state of mind Kat and Dane are in. This book blew me away. It was no where near what I expected. I literally thought I was going to get a love story of these two finding away back to each other. It is literally so much more. You have to have your hands on this book yesterday!

Real Sexy is the second book in the Real Dirty Duet series by Meghan March and let me just say I was not disappointed. Boone Thrasher makes you want to meet him and rip his clothes off. This man is amazing and every woman's fantasy. Meghan March definitely kept my attention with this book. I was absolutely totally entranced.

Review: The Double Deal

The Double Deal The Double Deal by Catherine Mann
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Double Deal by Catherine Mann is the second book in the Alaskan Oil Baron Series. I have read both books in the series so far but they can both be read as stand alone. Each book you get to visit with each character of the Steele Family. I love getting to know so many characters and then later getting to read each one's story. I guess you could say I have a thing for series. This one is no different.

Naomi and Royce are a match made in heaven. Naomi uses her lawyer skills a lot in communication but Royce is super intelligent and is never lost in the lingo she speaks or how to make her answer what he really wants to know. This book was a little more insightful into the family business and I can not wait to see what the rest of the series has in store for us.

The thing that plagued me in this book that I could have down with out was the Dialogue between Delaney and Trystan. I understand its setting us up for a later book about them but I feel that it was necessary for this story line.

LOVE, UNEXPECTED by Virginia McCullough

Love, UnexpectedLove, Unexpected by Virginia McCullough
My rating: 3.5 of 5 stars

Love, Unexpected by Virginia McCullough takes us back to two moon bay. I love this little town. I always enjoy each visit. In this visit we get to restore an old yacht as well as get to know the lovely Andi and Zeke. The are both very humbling and sweet. I enjoyed getting to know both of them.

I think my hardest aspect of this book was the relationship with Andi and her ex husband. I know that she moved closer so it would be easier on her daughter. Yet I found the living circumstances in this book hard to believe. I have been in Lark's situation and I must say I would find it extremely hard to allow my significant other's ex to live in my home. (granted it is a different location but the actual home is offered). This was almost a turning point for me. Yet I read on and further enjoyed the rest of this story.

Review: The Forbidden Brother

The Forbidden Brother The Forbidden Brother by Joanne Rock
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Forbidden Brother is the seventh book in the McNeil Mangates series by Joanne Rock. It was just as wonderful as the rest. I love the surprises that this family keeps dishing out. This series started with The McNeil brothers and their grandfather and now has grew into including cousins no one knew about. All books in the series are standalone but I strongly suggest you read them in order so you receive the full effect.

Jillian Ross and Cody McNeil had an absolute lovely afternoon which led to so much more. Jillian wants to film on Cody's land but Cody wants no part. Yet this book has so much more than just the love story between Jillian and Cody. It leads us to so much more understanding of the rest of the McNeil family.

Review: The Marriage Clause

The Marriage Clause The Marriage Clause by Alexx Andria
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The Marriage Clause by Alexx Andria took a while before I could get into it. This book reads slow and mundane. I enjoyed the story but it not remotely what I would have expected from a Dare. I feel this did not hit the mark for this line.

Katherine was more of an heiress than she ever let on. Her limited charity work done her in. Luca was a play boy that couldn't admit that he had done his fiancé wrong at a young age. She deserved more than that from him. I had a hard time connecting with either of them.

Tara always pulls me in and leaves me hanging for more. This was no different in this second chance romance with Cedar and Heather. The shared history makes it difficult to over come yet when the chemistry with them gets heated its all they can do to rekindle that relationship.
