Eagle by Janie Crouch is the second book in the Linear Tactical series. Let me just tell you that you will not put this book down. If you don't have time to be completely engulfed wait till you do. I started this book thinking I was going to read a couple chapters and finish the rest today. Let's just say I made it to bed about 3:30 this morning.. Yep I had to finish it.
This story line absolutely pulls you in. It takes you by the reins. This second chance romance is the story everyone needs to read. No matter what life throughs at you, we all deserve a fresh start. Even if it's in the town that knows our past. Finn and Charlie have ALWAYS been it for each other. So what tore them apart. What made them spend eight years away from each other. How is their pride getting in the way today? All these questions and more will be answered in this book.
Eagle held my by the seat of my pants. I had to know if Charlie was going to be able to tutor Ethan. I had to know if she was every going to let Finn in and tell him why she chose the life she chose. I had to know if the sexual chemistry that was so intense it would burn the pages was every going to be sought. You will adore this book!
