Expecting a Scandal by Joanne Rock is the 4th book in the Harlequin Desire mini series Texas Cattleman's Club: The Imposter. This series has six books by six different authors. Even though they all have an individual love story with different hero's and heroine's I would suggest you read them in order. Each author covers enough of the back story that you won't miss out on a lot but I personally prefer to have all details when reading a series.

Vaughn and Abigail share an amazing love story that is extremely heartfelt. I love the way that Vaughn treated Abigail while trying to bring himself back to life from being in a war zone. Then Abigail treated Vaughn with such love and warmth. This book will give you a warm happy feeling. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Driving Whiskey Wild is the third book of The Whiskey's by Melissa Foster. I always thoroughly enjoy Melissa's work and this one is no different. It is a sweet romance border lining naughty bedroom. Bullet Whiskey is an intense alpha male who becomes mush around Finlay. Finlay is extremely sweet and wears everyone of her emotions on her face. She welcomes a whole new world when she starts falling for the Whiskey magic.

In this book you see the inner workings of the mind of someone suffering from PTSD and not wanting to let anyone in. You find the will to overcome the loss of a loved one. I adored the couple and can not wait to get my hands on Bone's and Sarah's story!

Review: Brett

Brett Brett by Melissa Foster

Brett is the 4th book in the Bad boys after dark series by Melissa Foster. I absolutely loved him. Melissa has a way of writing that makes you want to melt for every one of her heros. Brett Bad is no different. Can the good girl tame that bad boy that is Brett Bad.

Sophie and Brett are amazing. The secret keeping and hiding so no one knows she finally gave in to Mr. Bad is adorable. The way Sophie gets under Brett's skin is sincerely great. I adore every bit of it.

Review: Rumor Has It

Rumor Has It Rumor Has It by Jessica Lemmon

Jessica always seems to blow me away. This one is no different. I loved Barrett the bad boy of the NFL and Catarina the journalist. They were to die for together. Absolutely amazing. The good girl and bad boy playing off each other works so well. The love hate that Catarina felt for Barrett is singe worthy! This book is an absolute hit and I can not wait to get my hands on the next one. It didn't hurt that I got to visit Dax and Becca for a minute either. (my all time favorite Lemmon couple).

Review: Hot Response

Hot Response Hot Response by Shannon Stacey

I absolutely loved Stacey's book! I have thoroughly enjoyed the Boston Fire series and this one is just as good as the rest. I think I enjoyed that this story developed more outside of the pub then inside. I did miss the hot sex scenes inside the pub though. Gavin and Cait can scorch you with the looks they give each other. Then insubordination lands them falling for each other. This story is absolutely astounding.

Heart's Desire is the second book in the Shores of Indian Lake series by Catherine Lanigan. I have came to enjoy my visit to Indian Lake. Maddie is such a fun character and I really enjoyed Nate as well.

Trying to prove to the world that you are not your mother when you are really just trying to convince yourself is one of the hardest aspects of life I could imagine. The challenges life throws at you can change your life path. Some of those same challenges affected Maddie and Nate.

This read is absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to watch it on the screen.
